What is the Gyru-Star Poly-Deck For?

How Does the Gyru-Star Poly-Deck Work?
Poly-Stars and Fragment Sizes
The Poly-Deck uses the same flexible polyurethane stars as our screening buckets, which are made from a proprietary polyurethane formula, exclusive to Gyru-Star products. They are a key component of our True Screening® technology, which enables the Poly-Deck to screen without crushing or shredding.
Cascading Rotors
The cascading rotor system ensures efficient material flow and thorough separation, contributing to faster and more effective screening.
Electric Driveline and Bearings
The poly-deck is the first product in the Gyru-Star range to be electrically driven, with an electric motor powering each three-rotor module. The rest of the driveline, however, is borrowed from our screening buckets.
The rotors are connected with ultra-low maintenance carbon belts. These are toothed, and run around sprockets, to eliminate the risk of slipping under load. All of the Poly-Deck’s bearings are also sealed, preventing any contamination of the product and improving longevity.
