About NorthEdge Machinery Sales

Based in Stockton-on-Tees, County Durham, NorthEdge Machinery Sales are one of the official Gyru-Star dealers for Northeast England.

The company was originally established in 2015 by James Taylor and Tim Wilson as TS Plant Sales (NE) Ltd. However, after 10 years of successful trading, markets and personal directions changed, and James Taylor became the sole owner of the company. Shortly afterwards, in November 2025, the company rebranded to NorthEdge Machinery Sales.

Whilst the name may have changed, James and his team are still committed to providing high-quality machinery, attachments, and aftersales support to customers across the region.

NorthEdge Machinery offers a comprehensive range of new and used plant machinery and light equipment, as well as servicing and spare parts for all types of machinery. Their portfolio includes leading brands such as Gyru-Star, Wacker Neuson, Indeco, Augertorque, Magni, and CNF. In addition to plant sales, NorthEdge Machinery provides both workshop-based and mobile servicing.

Their first introduction to the Gyru-Star range was in 2020 with the purchase of a 3-100HE. Since taking delivery of this first screening bucket, NorthEdge Machinery have been instrumental in expanding the brand’s presence across the Northeast.

As James Taylor explained: “Gyru-Star screening buckets have become a valuable addition to our product range, and the feedback from customers has been excellent. The buckets are incredibly robust and require very little maintenance, which means fewer issues for our customers and a reliable product we can stand behind. It’s exactly the kind of equipment we’re proud to supply.”

Earlier this year, they showcased the Gyru-Star Compact Screening System range at the Yorkshire Agricultural Machinery Show, demonstrating the versatility and efficiency of the buckets to a wide audience of contractors and operators.
