All Gyru-Star screening buckets are designed and built in Great Britain. This includes not only the bucket shells and final assembly but also the vast majority of internal components. As a result, every Gyru-Star product proudly carries the Made in Britain trademark.

In recent years, we’ve made significant investment in expanding our in-house manufacturing capabilities. This allows us to produce more components ourselves and maintain full control over quality and lead times.

Crucially, these capabilities also ensure long-term parts availability. By manufacturing components in-house, we can continue supplying genuine spare parts for every Gyru-Star screening bucket we’ve ever built, regardless of when it was built.

A Local, Resilient Supply Chain

All raw materials, components, and subcontract work are sourced exclusively from UK-based suppliers. Every supplier we work with is located within 170 miles of our head office.

Keeping our supply chain local reduces lead times, limits exposure to global disruption, and ensures parts are readily available when customers need them. It also allows us to maintain consistent quality across every component we supply.

Where specialist expertise is required, we partner with leading UK manufacturers who understand both the product and its application.

Our polyurethane poly-star system, for example, was developed in collaboration with one of the UK’s leading polymer moulding specialists. Other externally sourced components are supplied by trusted specialists, selected for their technical expertise and proven reliability. This collaborative approach ensures every component meets our stringent quality standards.
